HOLSTER PRODUCT LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

Assumption of Risk

The User knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the Product, including any and all risks of property damage, personal injury, disability, or death that may result from the use, misuse, or failure of the Product. The User also assumes all risks associated with the potential cosmetic wear or scratches that may occur to their firearm's finish from regular use of the holster. 

Release of Liability

The User hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Manufacturer and its owners, employees, and agents ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, actions, or causes of action arising from the use or misuse of the Product. This release applies to any liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.  This includes the misuse and improper use of products and or firearms. 

I, [By purchase], acknowledge that the use of firearms and holsters involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks.  

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from my actions or omissions
