Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SFHWX, we take your carry setup seriously. If your holster isn't performing exactly how you expected, we’re here to make it right. Please review our policy details below.

1. The 30-Day "Perfect Fit" Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to test your gear. If it doesn’t meet your standards for comfort, concealment, or retention, you can return it for a full refund (minus original shipping costs) or a one-time exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, like-new condition.

  • Hardware must not be stripped or permanently modified.

  • The holster must be returned with all original clips, attachments, and hardware.

3. Custom Gear

Because custom builds (specific light/laser combos or custom-printed patterns) are handcrafted to your exact specifications, these items are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If we missed the mark and sent the wrong model, or if there is a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship your replacement immediately at no cost to you.

5. Lifetime Warranty

Beyond the 30-day return window, your gear is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. If your shell cracks or your hardware fails during normal use, we will repair or replace it for free. Lost Hardware due to end user poor maintenance not covered.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us: Contact support@stayfrostyholsterworx.com with your Order Number.

  2. Pack it up: Secure the holster in its original packaging or a padded mailer.

  3. Ship it: Send your return to:
